• Must be 30 years old to reserve and stay in our properties.
• Adult groups are subject to approbation.
• Any kind of party/loud noise and music is strictly forbidden.
• Minimum noise outside after 9h30pm.

• Check in is at 5pm / Check-out at 11am
• Payment methods are : International : Visa, Mastercard, Wire, cheque / Canada : same + direct deposit and email money transfer
• Deposit is 50% of the total amount / Balance is paid 30 days prior to arrival (Full payment require if booking less than 1 month prior to arrival)
